When I first started this blog, I had a vision to present interesting people online who push the envelope. I wanted to have a platform where I could showcase creativity and talent, with enough fashion that would brighten my reader's day. On my very first walk through downtown Cape Town, I met Tammy, all bright and endearing in a bright orange skirt and white blouse and a mane of awesome hair. Nothing spells confidence like a woman with fabulous hair, in my opinion. Since then we have been in contact and now I am happy to present something Japanese from Cape Town...this is the power of both globalisation and a sheer love of the fashionable.
Tammy is now based at the online fashion company, The Superbalist, (you can find them online at www.thesuperbalist.com) where they have enough beautiful objects and fashion to brighten your mood, home and life...all in all, a great place to shop till you drop...or your credit card is maxed out!
Their philosophy is to curate the beautiful things you would love to have, on a website that is easy to use and wonderful to browse through...plus there is a blog that highlights what they find both beautiful and trendy (www.superbalist.com/thewayofus).
