Bismarckstrasse 130 in Hamburg is home to one store you should pop by when you are visiting the port city. Here, housed and curated by my former boss, Gerd Schafft, you will find some great finds, surrounded by some mega art and wonderful furniture. After all, shouldn't shopping be a complete sensory experience? From antique Belgian mirrors, to Afghan carpets, to stone tables and chesterfield style sofas, this assortment is seldom found in one store...and that is just the decor.
Their sister store, is still located at Weidenstieg 1, where Gerd started his business back in the day. This store is a true example of what Hamburg's boutiques are: small, unique and special.
