My heart literally stopped when my passport was not in its usual place last night...I thought I was going to have to take a serious chill pill...but, thankfully it was in another bag...all safely zipped up...where is the logic in that? Now, with last minute checks and double-checking of the suitcases...the sunscreen and insect spray is indeed nestled safely in my suitcase, I can exhale later and look forward to the 5am wake up call when it is time to leave home, and via Singapore Airlines, head east to beautiful Khao Lak where R&R is the call of the day and nothing to do but station myself poolside with enough Vogue magazines and 50's literature (thank you, Jürgen) to keep me occupied in between beachwalks and sunset cocktails...I will stop now...before I get hate mail...you all be good and fashionable and if you are in the the north, button up and if you are down south, button down.

Just the right image for this snow-filled day I am facing at the moment....the wonderful fashion world of Laduma Ngxokolo. I am always filled with such pride when I see homespun craft represented on such a global scale...and when the fashion is both innovative and bold, then I am even more excited. You can see more wonderful fashion knits at this address: www.maxhosa.co.za or visit the Facebook site: www.facebook.com/LadumaNgxokolo
Back to Bavaria we go and this time I have two more posts before we move on to new faces and styles to inspire you...Munich and Nuremberg had a lot to offer...some great fashion and friendly people who went out of their way to bring a bit of sunshine into my day!
